編集メモ：CCSDの「It's Your Choice」サイトのOpen Enrollment FAQ、Processページ、Transportation Reimbursementページを、いずれも2026年8月13日に自分で開いて確認しました。この記事は「申請の仕方」を扱っていません。申請前の判断材料（評価の見方、家賃とのトレードオフ、補助金額の内訳）は既報の家探しは学校探しにあり、重複を避けています。「1年で自由に戻れる」とは書いていません。戻ること自体は制度上できますが、6〜12年生の部活資格に180授業日の空白が生じる、というのがCCSDの説明だからです。8月21日という日付の出どころは、CCSDのTransportation Reimbursementページの手順2「Apply for Open Enrollment by Friday, August 21, 2026」です。FAQ側は追加申請の期間を「新学期10日目まで」と書いており、8月10日始業から数えるとこの日にあたります。「最大$1,000」と書いた理由は、同じCCSDのページの中で見出しが "up to $1,000"、FAQが片道41マイル以上を年$1,500としていて言い方が割れているためです。どちらも「対象が約6,000世帯と仮定すれば」の試算なので、安全側を本文に置きました。この記事で扱っていないもの：NIAA側の規定原文（CCSDのFAQを通じた記述にとどめています）、転校に伴う単位の扱い、Administrative School Assignment（生活が一変するような事情がある場合の別枠）の運用基準。いずれも一次資料での確認が済んでいないため書いていません。

CCSD「It's Your Choice」Open Enrollment FAQs（itsyourchoice.ccsd.net/faqs/・ページの更新日は2026-07-27。2026-08-13に筆者自身が原文確認。抽選＝"If there are more applications than available space, the District will conduct a computerized, random lottery for student selection."／在籍期間＝"Open Enrollment will be valid through the highest grade at the new assigned school. A parent/guardian and student must agree to stay at the new assigned school for at least one year.
