編集メモ:ネバダ州改正法 NRS 392.4637 の条文、CCSD Policy P-5136 のPDF原文、CCSDの「Back to School」ページ(Safeguarding Cellphones During Instruction とポーチのFAQ)、Student Code of Conduct(PUB-776 Rev. 8/25・全140ページ)を、いずれも2026年8月10日に自分で開いて確認しました。 FOX5の2024年7月19日付記事に「Move comes after initial rollout last year」とあり、全中高への拡大は2024-25年度です。
