甘いものは、チャイナタウンに集まるThe sweet stuff clusters in Chinatown
ボバ（タピオカ）も、たい焼きソフトも、韓国式のかき氷も、ラスベガスではSpring Mountain Rd沿いのチャイナタウンに驚くほど密集しています。徒歩圏に何軒も並ぶので、食べ歩きにも向く。この図鑑は、2026年7月時点で営業を確認できた店だけを、ジャンル別に並べました。閉店が確認された店（Meet Fresh、Milkywave、Feng Cha など）は外しています。Boba, taiyaki soft-serve, Korean shaved ice — in Las Vegas they cluster densely along Chinatown on Spring Mountain Rd. Several sit within walking distance, so it's great for a sweets crawl. This guide lists only shops we could confirm are open as of July 2026, by genre. Shops confirmed closed (Meet Fresh, Milkywave, Feng Cha, etc.) are left out.

台湾発、黒糖タピオカ＋クリームの「虎柄」ドリンクが看板。とろりとした黒糖が濃厚で、ボバ入門にも間違いのない一杯。From Taiwan; the signature "tiger stripe" of brown sugar and cream. Rich and syrupy — a no-fail intro to boba.

世界展開する台湾系ボバの定番。甘さ・氷・トッピングを細かく選べて、外れが少ない。営業は11:00–22:00。A globally established Taiwanese boba brand. Fine control of sweetness, ice, and toppings makes it reliable. Open 11:00–22:00.
Kung Fu Tea$州内3拠点3 in NV

全米チェーンのボバ。手頃で種類が多く、チャイナタウン店は11:00–23:00と遅くまで。ストリップ内（Mandalay Bay）にも店があり旅行者にも便利。A national boba chain — affordable, wide menu, and the Chinatown store runs late (11:00–23:00). There's also one on the Strip (Mandalay Bay), handy for visitors.

カリフォルニア発の複合カフェ。ボバもコーヒーも抹茶ラテもあり、甘さ控えめのミルクティーが看板。落ち着いて座れる空気感。A California-born hybrid cafe with boba, coffee, and matcha lattes; the lightly sweet milk teas are the signature. A calm place to sit.
和スイーツ・ソフト・クレープJapanese sweets, soft-serve & crepes
4軒4 shopsたい焼き、もちドーナツ、ロールクレープ——日本＆韓国発の甘いもの。行列覚悟の人気店も。Taiyaki, mochi donuts, rolled crepes — sweet treats from Japan and Korea. Some draw lines.

魚型のワッフルコーンに、餡・カスタード・ソフトクリームを詰めた「Ah-Boong」が名物。開店から行列ができる人気店。Famous for "Ah-Boong" — a fish-shaped waffle cone filled with custard or red bean and soft-serve. Lines form from open.
Mochinut$もちドーナツMochi donuts

もちもち食感のリング状ドーナツが看板。韓国式ホットドッグも扱うハイブリッド店。軽く一つ、が止まらなくなる。Chewy ring-shaped mochi donuts are the draw, alongside Korean-style corn dogs. "Just one" rarely stays one.
T-Swirl Crepe$$日本式クレープJapanese crepe

薄く焼いたロールクレープが名物。甘い系から食事系まで幅広く、ボバやアイスとのセットも。食べ歩きに向く一本。Known for thin rolled crepes, sweet and savory, often paired with boba or ice cream. Great for eating on the go.

たい焼き（甘い／しょっぱい両方）と、パイナップルソフト「Dole Whip」が名物。チャイナタウンではなくストリップ沿いなので、観光の合間にも。Taiyaki (sweet and savory) and pineapple "Dole Whip" soft-serve. On Las Vegas Blvd rather than Chinatown, so it fits into a day on the Strip.

3軒3 shopsゆっくり座って甘いものを。韓国式のかき氷（パッビンス）や、ハニートースト、クレープケーキ。Sit-down sweets — Korean shaved ice (patbingsu), honey toast, crepe cake.

クレープケーキやハニートーストが評判のデザートカフェ。コーヒー・お茶・スムージーも。深夜0時までやっているので、食後の甘いもの締めに。A dessert cafe known for crepe cake and honey toast, plus coffee, tea, and smoothies. Open until midnight — good for an after-dinner sweet finish.
Sul & Beans$$韓国式かき氷Korean bingsu

きめ細かい韓国式かき氷（パッビンス）が主役。SomiSomiと同じShanghai Plaza内なので、はしごもしやすい。夏の暑いベガスに効く一杯。Fine, snowy Korean shaved ice (patbingsu) is the star. It's in the same Shanghai Plaza as SomiSomi, so hopping between them is easy — a relief in Vegas summers.
Bbear Cafe$たい焼き＋ボバTaiyaki + boba
6850 Spring Mountain Rd #112, Las Vegas
ミルクティーと、たい焼き（プンオパン）を一緒に出す小さな店。Greenland（韓国系スーパー）に近く、買い物ついでに寄れる。ヴィーガン対応のたい焼きも。A small spot serving milk tea alongside taiyaki (bungeoppang). Near the Greenland Korean market, easy to pop into while shopping; some vegan taiyaki too.
はしごのコツHow to crawl
Shanghai Plaza（4284 Spring Mountain Rd）だけで、SomiSomiとSul & Beansが並びます。たい焼きソフトのあとに韓国かき氷、という甘いはしごが徒歩ゼロ分。まずここを起点にすると効率的です。In Shanghai Plaza (4284 Spring Mountain Rd) alone, SomiSomi and Sul & Beans sit side by side. Taiyaki soft-serve, then Korean shaved ice, with zero walking between. It's an efficient starting point.
駐車と混雑。チャイナタウンは夕食どきと週末に駐車が混みます。甘いもの目当てなら、昼下がりの空いた時間が回りやすい。人気店（SomiSomi等）は開店直後か、逆に夜遅めが狙い目です。Parking & crowds. Chinatown parking gets tight at dinner and on weekends. For a sweets run, early afternoon is easiest; for the popular spots (SomiSomi, etc.), aim for just after open or later at night.
