Monta Japanese Noodle House久留米系豚骨Kurume tonkotsu
$ベガスの豚骨といえばまずここの名前が挙がる老舗。久留米スタイルの豚骨×醤油ダレ。店内で食べれば財布にも優しく、行列に並ぶ価値は十分。
The veteran name that comes up first for Vegas tonkotsu. Kurume-style pork broth with a soy tare. Kind on the wallet if you dine in, and well worth the line.

The New York chain's first Vegas store. The widest menu in the area, with China-leaning spice — different from Japanese tonkotsu if that is what you expect, but addictive in its own way. Boba shop TBaar attached. The Super Kyuramen under construction in Chinatown is its flagship version.
